“Lovely, period hotel. Very roomy, comfortable lounge. Good room, only complaint was the heat - a hot pipe ran through our room, it was sweltering, luckily there was a fan as windows would not open. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Nice cotton towels and crisps cotton bed linen.”

“Nice room at a fair price. Some noise from the restaurant located above us late at night and early in the morning. Had dinner in the restaurant and food was good but service a bit confused with starters and amuse bouche arriving at the same time. Drinks at the bar before dinner were well served. “From the moment I drove in, the hotel made a great impression. The driveway is elegant, complete with a live water fountain that gives a touch of class. “It was a lovely room i was a solo traveller this time and it was the perfect size for me.Everything was there that you needed. Good quality shampoo/conditioner. Showergel handwash amd hand lotion. Excellent choices of tea/coffee/hot chocolate and a small packet of biscuits in room. Shower was amazing. Breakfast was really tasty. Staff very efficient and friendly. They couldnt do enough for you. They have parking passes in the hall way so that you can park for free.Thats a bonus as its expensive……
