“Loved the property & location but there was a weird neighbor Nextdoor we caught spying on us with a flashlight out of their window at night, made us feel very uncomfortable being a mom alone with her kids, luckily nothing further happened but I did not sleep well that night! Home is beautiful and functional! Hot tub was amazing and very clean! Snow was only shoveled partially which made it slightly difficult but we understood due to the recent storms, all in all was a great getaway, the nearby……

“We stayed at Richard's property for a small family reunion of sorts and could not be happier with the experience. The home is beautiful and spacious. There are ample rooms and beds and a place for everyone to gather or do their own thing. The proximity to Ogunquit was also key. Especially liked being able to cook a family dinner and be together at the large dining room table. We are going to make this an annual trip and will definitely book again!”

“We had a wonderful experience. It started with having the lights turned on for us as we arrived late at night, followed by the pleasant surprise of snacks and wine. The house was clean, inviting and well stocked. We really appreciated the little extras like chargers, Bluetooth speaker and luggage racks in each room. Tom was very organized by sending a manual with follow up videos. I would stay here again! ”
