“Very peaceful place with great sun sets & night skies; outdoor space is fantastic, even in the winter but indoors is a bit tight for 12 people & 3 dogs (2 bedrooms are tiny; 1 bedroom is next to oil tank w/o windows so not ideal hangouts; dining table is small requiring eating in shifts; plus hot water runs out after 1-2 showers and iron sediments may appear in the water!). If you don’t mind these nuisances (we didn’t) it’s an amazing place to spend time together … can highly recommend it! ”

“We enjoyed stay but wished we could of stayed longer. The views, from the home, are so beautiful. Spacious Master bedrooms on both 2nd & 3rd floor with private bathrooms & breath-taking views of ocean/Long Sands Beach. Other bedrooms are great as well. Sunrise view is incredible. Owners are extremely responsive and are so easy to work with. Highly recommend this rental. Home is clean-clean (as others have noted) and well stocked. You will not be disappointed. ”

“This cozy ranch is five minutes drive from the public beaches of Wells. We were a family of five adults with one aged grandmother who appreciated the walk in shower with seating and the ramp from parking to the front door. The beds were all sleep number but the remote controls were missing, the sunny kitchen had plenty of pans / utensils but was missing detergent and garbage liners - had we know we would have added those to our initial shopping List. The flush handle in one of the bathrooms was……
