“I booked the Novotel months ago, this was changed to the Mercure but not by me weeks ago. I received the customary welcome email 24 hours before from the Mercure. I arrived at my hotel and wasn’t able to gain entry - eventually someone arrived to say I’d be transferred to The Novotel. “Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the Club room was very comfortable and stylish. I liked the pool and health club area, the facilities were excellent. All the staff I came across were friendly and kinds. Breakfast in the morning was lovely, a good selection of hot and cold options.
