“The studio was clean, spacious & nice. However, the host advises "just steps from the ocean." Totally false! To get across to the ocean, you have to cross an extremely active highway. Furthermore, there are several homeless camps you also have to pass. To enter or exit the property, you have to get out of your vehicle and unlock the iron gates that are secured with a bicycle lock. Don't get me wrong, we only stayed at the property at night to sleep. But, I solely payed the high dollar amount to……

It’s located in a gated community so the location felt very safe and well maintained. There are several grocery stores and drugstores less than 10 minutes away. Keep in mind you’ll have to drive a lot to most recreational places as there’s not too much to do in Mākaha Valley. If you don’t mind driving and you want to stay somewhere……
