“I confirmed my booking, paid and then got a call from the owner several hours later telling me they had us double booked. He then told me I needed to cancel the booking and when I tried, it said I couldn’t cancel without forfeiting the cost. I have now been charged and still don’t have a resolution. “We had an awesome stay at Redwoods River Resort! The location couldn’t be better nestled right near the Avenue of the Giants with beautiful river access just steps away. We were stoked to find the pub open and spent a relaxing evening with cold beers and a few games of shuffleboard. Our room was super clean and cozy, with a convenient kitchenette that made cooking easy.
