“Very nice hotel staff. We will never eat in the casino cafe or the Mexican restaurant again! Bad service, bad food! Also, not one server on the floor came around to ask if we wanted drinks or water and yes, We played the slots literally for hours! When i finally put on the service light, they told me they would hold my machine but wouldn't call for a server! Great customer service, NOT!!!”

“We enjoyed all the facilities the hotel provides: a relaxing evening in the 21 Amendment Bar, playing pool and perusing books in the library, and watching a movie in comfy chairs in the theatre! The staff was friendly and helpful, the linens freshly white, and the access to all the downtown attractions could not be better. The Art Deco style is really special and very unique, with attention to artistic details throughout. We will come back again at our first opportunity!”
