“Everyone was wonderful. Always greeted in the halls by staff, coming and going from front desk staff. Stan and Vanessa were extremely friendly and always did a great job. Definitely will be staying here again soon. ”

“Very historical hotel, a bit spooky on hallway and many strange/noisy sounds in the room. The floor was bumpy. I forgot a power charger in the hotel, but the hotel refused to help me got it back in the same day and just said it’s not found. No matter how I will never come back again. ”

“I knew the rooms would be large, but I was pleasantly surprised at how roomy it was. Our stay was way too short, but we will try to stay here again next time we are in the area.”

“The photos don’t do this place justice! We got in and asked if we could extend our stay! It’s all about the small touches and this place had no shortage of them. They called me to make sure I understood after hours check in. My family and I were walked to our room. We got the suite that looked over the falls. It was spacious, modern, and had more than everything. Family friendly for sure. Breakfast was the nicest and locally sourced continental breakfast ever and was in a cozy gathering room.……
