“The women at the desk was not friendly. Hotel was under construction which we were not told about. Rooms were fine.”

“Well, it was our first time staying in the hotel. It was my husband‘s birthday. We really enjoyed ourselves. The room was great. The service was great. Breakfast was great. Customer service was great. It was a very great experience and we will be back soon.”

“This has got to be the best hotel customer service I have ever received. We had three or more people ask how we are and if we needed anything at all in the first few hours we were there. The owner himself came and helped us with some little things he thought hay have been a challenge (that turned out to not even be a challenge). I loved the responsiveness. I already booked my next stay when we have business here next time. Loved it! ”

“The beds were very hard. Only one place to plug in. We had to run a power cord over bed and behind pillows for wife’s CPAP. Only one usb port for phone. Had to charge hearing aids in bathroom. Toilet rocked and flushed poorly. The shower was great. Pool was nice though a bit dirty. ”
