Although we were here for a wedding, several of us stayed behind to work and linger with coffee in front the windows to see the gorgeous views! It could not have been better and we hated to leave! “The place is really nice with a Jacuzzi, large covered patio, comfortable beds with fans! However, I had trouble finding and accessing messages from the owner that she sent through VRBO. All previous hosts had communicated directly with me via text or emails (which is simple and reliable). I called VRBO service when I got no text or emails from this owner, and they sent me a text stating how to get into the house, but no more info. Via text, she told me that the detailed info for guests was……

“This property was exactly as described, newer,clean, nice linens and decorated for the holidays! Would most definitely stay there again in the future!”

“Arrived during a winter storm and the owner worked with snow removal company to clear the driveway.. house was clean and had some of the best snowy mountain views I have ever seen.. waking up in the master bedroom to snow covered trees was just stunning.. hope to return soon (four wheel drive recommended in snow otherwise it’s fine) ”

“Close to everything you could want in Fayetteville. Close to the New River Gorge and walking distance to great restaurants, coffe shops, and outfitters. Great warm and cozy space in the heart of it all! Would definitely recommend!”

“The check in process was easy and the place was great. We did have to leave a day early because of high water and a mud slide near by but the kids loved the environment and this place was a huge blessing for us.”

“The place was very clean and tidy. Property manager was great. Super easy check in and check out. Had plenty of all the necessities like toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, dish soap, laundry supplies. We were up here to go skiing at Winterplace and the drive was only about 20 to get there. Would definitely stay here again. ”
