“My partner and I stayed here for a quick getaway. The stay was well appointed, and we had everything we needed. We really liked the location as it was right on the outskirts of town, but literally only a minute or two from the restaurants. It is a hilly town, so be prepared for a good workout to and from the home if you are walking! We were excited about the fire pit and the gas fireplace, but only got around to using the gas fireplace as we ended turning in early after dinner both nights. The……

“The house was spotless, well appointed, good layout. The living room and kitchen were open and spacious and the sound system over-the-top.The house was 20 from Lewisburg and overlooks the River. The mountain and River views from 2 bedroom and the living area and large patio are fabulous.I loved the place. We would rent again. We would buy it if it were for sale! ”

The fresh fruit and bottles of water in the fridge, the free pizza from the gas/grocery store next door, the shampoos/soap/toothpaste in the bathrooms were nice added touches of a welcome. “Clean and comfy and in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed the sauna that looks out over the river, mountains, and passing trains. Also, the kitchen and dining area had large windows that were perfect for looking at the mountains while we had our morning coffee. Would definitely recommend to friends. ”

The historic home was gorgeous -the wood floors and comfy furniture plus modern comforts mark this unique property. I can’t say enough about the quality furnishings, art, and other design elements. The live plants are another nice touch-beautiful! The local reading materials were great and so informative- we were reminded to visit……
