“The hotel is beautiful on the inside, old and charming. Perfect location. Cristina communicated with us before our arrival and was kind and courteous. They accommodated us with a flashlight in preparation to the power outage. The suite was specious- it was basically a whole apartment. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. ”

“Hospedagem incrível! Perto de tudo, cafeterias, restaurantes e os pontos turísticos muito próximos, alguns poucos minutos de caminhada. O apartamento está novo, bem decorado e limpo, a cama e o banheiro são ótimos, as janelas e o isolamento acústico excelentes. O terraço tem vista para a Catedral. Comunicação com o staff foi fácil e muito boa, Laura nos ajudou com um local para as malas pois chegamos mais cedo na cidade. Ainda tivemos um atraso no check out, mas o staff novamente nos ajudou!……

“Hotel is blessed with amazing infrastructure (the lift is a highlight!) and it's gorgeous; however, it is dated. Service at the front desk, concierge, and bell desk is superb - definitely 5*, but staff in restaurants, pool, bar were on the opposite. Often forgot orders, took a long time to arrive, or got the order/bill wrong. Real shame about that because the hotel itself has so much potential to offer, and in a perfect location. The garden can also do with some priming too...”

“The apartment is spacious and newly renovated. Everything is clean and there are good facilities, including washing machine, cooking utensils, etc. It is at the heart of the city, so it is convenient to go to the tourist spots. Above all, Alfonso and his colleague are very helpful. He contacted me making arrangements to ensure that I arrived safely. I will definitely stay in this apartment again if I go to Seville next time.”

“Very happy with the hotel. Facilities great. Very convenient location. Cleaned well every day. Only thing we didn’t like was that the bedroom toilet had glass doors so no privacy when using the bedroom toilet. ”
