“Hôtel magnifique. Propre, grand, calme avec 2 belles terrasses aménagées avec goût. Nous avons rencontré un petit soucis lors de la première nuit, la réactivité de la personne a l accueil a été très appréciable. Le problème a été très vite réglé. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Le personnel est accueillant et agréable, très souriant et serviable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. ”

“预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”

“One of the most beautiful places I’ve seen in Italy, and for sure the best room I’ve ever stayed at. Gironda is as unique and authentic as it can be. I stayed at the Blue room and the perfect temperature and went to bed listening to classical music on a record player. Emanuela was a delight and helpful, I reccommend to live this experience.
