“location is ok, hotel is not bad”

“Stay was lovely. The only downfall is the noise from the roads and the gate to get into the hotel. Between those 2 it made it really difficult to get some proper sleep. If I can suggest that windows are double glazed to try and cancel out some of the noise. Also, the room was only made up on arrival. The following day, no one came in to make up the room. The coffee satchets in the room are Ricoffee and lets be honest. No one drinks that. Try to put better coffee sachet in the room.……

“The room was very hot. Only 2 x coat hangers in the cupboard. No outside table or chairs to sit on, apart from one that all in the establishment has to use. When I wanted to use it, it was occupied by the staff. Not private at all, people going passed your unit all the time including staff. No one around to let you out when checking out. Place in a dodgy area. During load shedding At 2 am in the morning all the downlighting came on in the room and you couldn’t switch them off, so didn’t sleep.……
