My adult daughter and i went to poulsbo for a 3 day rest and healing type of retreat and this place was perfect! Serenity and nature and calm all around us w incredible view of bay w waves lapping at shore. I cant wait to come back on next vaca and bring my hubby!”

“The house was very well equipped and spotless on arrival. We enjoyed our stay very much and had a chance to use the kayaks provided for a paddle where we saw seals, eagles, and a salmon leaping out of the water. Great communication before during and after our stay. Easy check in and check out process. When we visit the area again we will check availability of this place first! ”

“POSITIVES: The interior has been updated so it’s clean and modern, with ample natural light. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was spacious. We were a family of three couples, and there was plenty of space for everyone, making this house a good option for us. The massage chair was a huge hit! CONS: Farther to Seattle than expected (our bad!) The exterior is not inviting. Our Uber driver thought we’d arrived at an abandoned house & insisted we made sure we had access before he left us.……

“Extremely relaxing. Very peaceful setting. House was as described. We enjoyed having dinners on the back deck, going for kayaks in Pickering Passage, and enjoying the hot tub. The view from the kitchen and dining room are just beautiful. Our last day, there was a seal sunning itself all day on one of the docks in the water. My husband was able to work a few days from one of the work desks at the house. Took one star off from location as there isn't much going on in the nearest small town.……

“Beautiful location, beautiful house-super quiet friendly island with a great public (for thr island residents) beach where we saw Orcas! This property does not have its own beach access which i misunderstood but its a quick walk down or an easy drive. Felt very safe and a great retreat!”
