“Absolutely misrepresented. Filthy carpet, matted and stained. Pool was unusable, dirty and had floating scum and bacteria covering the entire surface. The hot tub was brown, having not been cleaned or scrubbed. Broken blinds, bathtub peeling and unsafe surface, tiles broken, dents in the walls, urine on the toilet, wall, and floor. I could go on and on but bottom line is we did not stay here and working to get a full refund. The property may have been nicer at one point but there are only two……
