“This is a small apartment in a basement so assume of the doorways are a bit short. The property was clean. It was slightly cramped,due to a couch in the middle of the room. Overall great stay for the price and closeness to the airport. There is a stove and a sink that show you to actually cook if you have time for that. ”

“This apartment was perfect for me. I was in town for a Stony Brook parents weekend and was in close proximity to everything I needed. Comfy bed, very clean, private, and I liked having my coffee out on my patio in the mornings. Great communication from the owner as well. A+ all around!”

Anything we needed, she was willing to go get (that includes toothpaste, shampoo, whatever is needed.) she brought us coco and made sure all the leaves were all raked. “Its not perfect of course, but me and my friends really enjoyed it. Its close to the beach which we loved, alot of good food place close by. The house itself was decent. It was a beautiful home with a big backyard and nice size family room, but i will say bring your own pillows and blankets because they definitely didnt clean the ones they already had on the beds and the pillows were very thin like worn out. Besides that it was 8/10 experience and i will definitely come back.”
