“We were very impressed. Arrived early and either needed to pre check in or change the name on the reservation to my spouse as I had to go coach for 6 hours and the rest of my family needed to get in the room. Not only was I able to check in 3 hours early, he found a better room than I’d reserved due to a cancellation and it was ready already. He comped the difference as well. He was extremely helpful and friendly and we will absolutely stay at this location anytime we need to be in the area in……

“After taking a shower, the bathtub will leak and there will be water on the floor.”

“The proertt was pleasant ènough, but the tub was too slippery for me to use. We are returning to the same facility in a few days, but have reserved a handicapped room ”

“Overall decent place to stay. Definitely needs some renovation some mold in the shower on the ceiling and other areas. Staff were nice and professional. Had one issue when checking in. They charged me for the room even though I paid for it through Expedia. It appears they have corrected it. ”

“Great place to stay right in the heart of downtown. Overall the instructions for parking and entering the building were very clear and easy to understand. The suite was clean. Came with extra amenities like a electric fireplace and a fridge. The jacuzzi bathtub is definitely big enough for two people. The bed was comfortable and clean. Plenty of pillows. A couple things I would suggest would be more detailed pictures of what comes with each room and the entrance way that leads up to the second……

“Everything was what I expected. While it didn’t bother me, it is fair to note that this location doesn’t have a pool. I thought it did, and then I checked in and realized it did not have one. This might make a difference for families. The building and rooms were clean. The kitchen was ready for use, grill area was great. The gym is small but pretty solid for a hotel. 10/10 highly recommend! ”

“Fabulous stay! Clean, quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Everything we needed and nothing we didn’t need. Our 2nd stay at an Avid property and from now on we will look for them above any other hotel”
