“My friends and I had an excellent stay at this property, it was the perfect size for 3 adults and very quaint and private. I will say that the listing says that it is 8.8 miles from Leesburg VA (which is where my friends and I were visiting) but that is not entirely accurate- there IS a ferry you can take across that maybe makes that number true but if you are an out of towner and are planning on just driving GPS style it ACTUALLY takes about 25-30 minutes to drive into town. Wasn’t a deal……

“We enjoyed our stay. The proximity to Frederick and Harper’s Ferry is very convenient. It’s lovely to site by the water fall and the pool was nice as well Owner has stocked the kitchen with lots of goodies and nice things in the bathroom as well There is a very musty order that hits you the minute you walk in. “We spent Easter weekend at Sunny Streams with our daughter’s family and really enjoyed this charming and comfortable house. Each couple had their own floor with TV rooms and baths. The kids (3 and 8) loved their bunkbeds, and spend a good amount of time in the well-maintained “hotpool”. We were close to Harper’s Ferry, but it was way too buggy for us to stay long.
