“Staff are not friendly !”

“The staff were very hardworking, always cheerful and friendly, breakfast and restaurant meals were brilliant with plenty to eat, the building is in need of a bit of refurbishment but overall it is clean and very well run. We would be happy to return if in the area. ”

We had to leave the hotel early next morning before kitchen opened but staff left us breakfast (cereals, yogurt etc) out for us which was really appreciated. Also made us sandwiches to take with us. Pub/bar and food was really good. Cosy. ”

The room could do with a little TLC with a wonky toilet seat, shower door loose and the creeking floor boards that added character to the room. Hotel is located to easy access all Skipton amenities and surrounding area. I would recommend this hotel.”
