“I traveled to Shenandoah national Park and it was struggling to find the best place to stay since the park is such a long park. I’m so glad we chose to stay here. It was a very good location towards the middle. That was also very close to the Luray caverns. The home itself was so nice and spacious. I really like that there was a full kitchen so we could cook instead of eating out the whole time.. ”

“Interior was just lovely for a quick overnight stay while passing through. Instructions on which of the 3 keypads to use would be helpful. Be prepared for noise from street traffic.”

“Great location for easy access to Shenandoah NP!The Hollow was beautifully appointed and attention was paid to every detail. Check in was easy and the host responded immediately to messages . We will definitely return!”

“Very basic amenities. No shampoo or soap. No extra towels or trash bags. If your house accomodates 6 people, the kitchen should have enough to cook for 6 (only small pans, no casserole dishes, etc). Some things were dirty and filter needed replacing in the water system in fridge, and the hand soap in the downstairs bath was filled with water. Other soap containers refilled with different soap, so hard to tell ingredients for allergies. I will say the house is close to a lot of things in Luray……

“We were in the Burg for the JMU Thursday night football game. This place was perfect. Just outside of town. Easy drive to campus. Enjoyed a pregame glass of wine down by the pond. Hosts were accommodating. Place is just as advertised. One thing to note, the driveway is easy to miss. We drove by it twice before we found it. ”

“First the owner said to cancel on my end so he didn’t get penalized- then told me he would get back to me if the home was available and then never responded. VRBO has been terrible to deal with and I’ve had to escalate to a manager at this point. I’ll Never book with VRBO again! This was awful”

“Really enjoyed the time here. It was clean, had everything we needed, comfy beds, and lots of lovely aesthetic touches. You're just remote enough to feel alone but close enough to civilization to be convenient. The location is great so close to the different caverns and all the hikes at Skyline Drive. We would definitely return.”

“We enjoyed staying in this loft. It is conveniently located in the center of town. Host was extremely responsive and addressed a minor issue immediately. We would stay here again. ”
