“住宿點和廚房客廳都很棒，但隔天退房時需要寄放行李，服務人員態度不太好，本來很滿意的就有點小扣分”

“Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was quiet and comfortable. That being said, the sound insulation was not adequate. While this did not happen often nor late into the night, we can clearly hear the conversations of our next door neighbor and when they go out/coming into their room. We checked into the hotel after 8pm and gotten a wheelchair access room. So, the bathroom was big, but we didn't find any towel hook/bar to hang our towels. On the environmental side, this hotel provided……

“Noise in the morning outside the hotel with the "chatty" marathon supporters, at 6am, as the hotel is on the marathon route. We stayed one night May3, BMO marathon.”
