“Seamless check-in. Pictures are true representations of the apartment. Quiet neighborhood, easy travel to downtown Chicago and the casinos. James was a wonderful host, checking in to make sure if we needed anything at all. Apartment was fully stocked and had everything we needed. Beds were fabulous! We look forward to staying again!”

“We needed to book at trip at the last minute (2 days before, with dogs) and was very happy to find this available! The unit was just as expected and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The location is walking distance to downtown Yorkeville (great food/bars, walking, etc) but also a park 2 blocks in the other direction so the dogs were very happy. Although we didn't use it, there was a garage we could have parked in. Check in went smoothly and communication with the Owner was easy. Check……

“This property was a major disappointment. The photos are heavily edited and don’t reflect the reality—shaky toilets, torn blinds, uncomfortable beds, and a serious bug problem made the stay unpleasant. The stairs are steep and unsafe, and the home is hard to access. The water behind the house is stagnant and only adds to the mosquito issue. Not worth the high price—would not recommend.”
