“What a cute and chic place right on Grand Avenue. So many options for restaurants and near downtown. Very spacious bedrooms and large bathroom. The kitchen has everything you may need to cook a meal. Definitely will stay again and recommend it to anyone needing a place.”

“Inside the condo was as expected. This was a great space for my husband who is in a wheelchair. Window treatments need to be reviewed - no cover for the front door so I draped a towel. The front room blinds had a few slates missing. Yards and grounds need attention. Your property is definitely the eye sore of the neighborhood. I attached photos. Ventilation is a known issue given the air conditioning units in 2 of the 3 rooms. They are very loud at night but do the trick. Bathroom needs a……

“Our property manager was super. He always responded in a timely manner and was helpful with everything we needed. The cleanliness of the property was outstanding, which to me is one of the most important things when not staying at home! Location was great for us since we were able to walk to both US Bank stadium and Target stadium. Public transportation was available in close proximity as well.”
