“Such a pretty spot! It’s rustic enough to make it feel like a true get-away. We booked this when rain interfered with camping plans. There is much to do within driving distance including fishing and hiking. We brought our pups who enjoyed the deck and yard. There were two other structures right there, so if the owner happens to rent those out too (unknown to me), then you’ll have neighbors. Hopefully owner will correct this review if that’s not the case. Things to know: Bring bug spray and……

“Just as expected. Met Jim, our host on the day of our arrival and he was a real nice and friendly guy. Cottage was clean, comfy and very nice. We did not get to enjoy the outside fire pit, but it was there for us. A great place to stay, right in the center of where we wanted to be. We will be returning; hopefully many times in the future.”

“ Attentive and great service. Easy prephone registration, lobby cozy and updated. DVD's to borrow. Basic room had nice bed, towels and Beekman 1802 toiletries. Mini Frigidaire fridge. I wish room had been a bit more updated. Kitch wood paneling from the 60's is an experience, but carpet was musty and damp. Grounds were beautiful. Cabin rooms had fire grills and picnic tables.
