“This was such a nice 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house. We had lots of room for all of us. The decor was so cute. The living room and dining area were comfortable and were great for spending time with everyone. The large windows provided amazing views and lots of natural light. The hosts were easy to work with and accommodating. This was a perfect choice for our time in Flagstaff.”

“My family were in Flagstaff for my daughter’s graduation from NAU. The house was perfect, 20 minutes from the ceremony and a great place to spread out after. Way better than a hotel room and less expensive. ”

“Booked this property for our family to celebrate our sons graduation from NAU. Was close to town but away from the traffic of the move out/graduation events taking place. Plenty of room to come back and have a dinner with family and friends after graduation. Property is beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. ”

“This A-frame was so cute! The bedding & towels were super comfortable & nice and the TVs had streaming capabilities so we just logged in after our day to have a move night. It was 40 minutes from Sedona and 20 from Flagstaff (and about an hour and 20 from the Grand Canyon), so it was a perfect middle location for what we wanted to do. Would definitely stay again when we plan our next trip to AZ ”

“We had a great stay at the Reindeer Retreat! It was the perfect basecamp for my crew during my race, and a great place to come back to after. It was a short enough drive into flagstaff, and the neighborhood was beautiful. We spent plenty of time on the front deck and enjoyed all of that the house had to offer. We would absolutely book here again! Thanks to Bill for all of his communication with my sister as well!”

“The only complaint is that we did not have AC even though the listing states the unit does. The ceiling vent for the AC and what appeased to be the thermostat were covered with black tape. There were 2 fans for each room so it wasn’t bad at night. The place was well stocked and had everything you would need in a kitchen. Plenty of towels, blankets etc super convenient to walk to everything. We loved our stay thpugh. ”

“We had a lovely two-night stay, and it was absolutely perfect! The place was super clean and beautifully decorated, making it feel so welcoming. We easily found everything we needed, which was a huge plus. Plus, the hot tub was fantastic, and the video game machine was an absolute hit with my nine-year-old. We had a great time!”

“We rented this cabin for our college daughter’s spring break week. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The coffee bar was great-coffee and sugar and three syrups provided. We planned to see Sedona which was a farther drive than we realized it would be (45 minutes) but totally doable. There were no grocery stores nearby and the two restaurants weren’t open, so be sure to plan accordingly for your meals. Sean, the host, was very responsive and pleasant to communicate with. “We had a great time at Carl’s cabin! Beds were comfy and the deck is great! We loved that there were some toys and books for our 1 and 3 year old - huge plus! Only downside is that the house seemed short on towels.. plenty of bath towels, but no washcloths or kitchen towels available. We purchased a kitchen towel and left it there. Not a huge deal, easy to work around! We would definitely stay again. Thanks Carl! ”
