“After reading terrible reviews on other websites (i booked before i found the reviews) i was worried for our 2 night stay here. However, we were pleasantly suprised. There was no musty bad smell upon entering. It was clean and tidy. The guy at the desk was pleasant and helpful. We had the family room with sea view and it looks like it had been recently renovated and modernised. It was basic but thats all we needed. Shower, wifi and tv worked well. Bed was comfortable. “Really nice hotel in a beautiful spot by the sea. Staff were really friendly and the food was great with good sized portions, especially the breakfast. Room size was great, had a sea view room with extremely comfortable pillows on the beds ”

“Really enjoyed my overnight stay in Sandbay. Close to Western Supermare, can hop on a bus and spend time there however there is plenty of entertainment on site also a swimming pool, dart boards and 2x snooker tables. The only downside it's a card only venue but take some cash for vending machine and bingo in the evening cash only. ”

“The room was amazing spacious and clean to a high standard. My only issue was we paid for a sea view but had a call to say someone had booked 2 mins before myself and the sea view room had been taken. No offer of a refunded as we paid extra for the sea view that we didn’t get. ”

“入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角”
