“My son and I booked a two nights stay, as we were walking around snowdonia. Claire was a lovely host and very helpful. The room was good and we had our own bathroom and toilet. The breakfast was incredible both mornings too! We will be going back.”

“What a lovely calm hotel. Loved that it was just a short stroll from the necessaries, beautifully quiet location. Everything was easy and staff super friendly. Spa was spotless. Breakfast delicious, plenty of lovely choices, some fresh uncut bread would have have elevated it. One hundred per cent would stay again. ”

“Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were nice with AC as you can’t open the windows due to secondary glazing. I ate at the pub restaurant for dinner which was nice. Menu wasnt huge, but tasty. I found the rooms hard to find due to the colour coded way to track where they are and what floor they were on. Will use again, may even take the family and the dog! Thanks”

“The staff and food were really good at The Bulkeley but the hotel itself is really quite shabby. It is in desperate need of redecorating and new furnishings. ”

“Bedroom - good size and comfortable. Furnishings - dated but in reasonable condition. Didnt pre-order food as was not sure of arrival time. Evening meal was good but some delay on a pudding serving - as a result no charge for pudding and free drink - so all good”

“Excellent location and comfy rooms, staffs are really friendly.. We had booked sea view room and the views were amazing. Good parking. Although the room was not well kept was bit dusty..and there is no lift in the hotel so we had to carry the laggage. No dedicated reception area which was a bit confusing as entrance is same as that of restaurant. ”
