“Amazingly clean and quiet, the only issue is checking in, you have to wait for the host to come let you in.”

“We stayed here to celebrate our anniversary, drove over 4hrs and was not disappointed. The grounds are absolutely stunning, our room was simply amazing. The staff are very friendly and cant do enough to make your stay comfortable. The cooked breakfast was delicious! We will definitely be back soon. The rare bats that live in the tower are a really lovely feature to an already incredible venue, when we arrived it was dusk and they were very active, a real sight to behold. “A very well appointed inn, scenically based on the edge of the haven, run by a charming family of four who could not be more friendly or helpful. The breakfast is superb and the evening menu varied. All meals are cooked to order and prepared to a high standard. In short, a splendid place to stay within reach of numerous local attractions. We intend to return.”

“It was cheap - you get what you pay for. Shared bathroom and kitchen, which was expected based on price and photos, but not clear in details and another guest hadn’t assumed this and caused a big scene on check in. Wasn’t dirty, but could have been cleaner. Beds were comfy, but sheets smelt damp. Air con didn’t work in our room or another room that was empty. Free parking. Walking distance of the town centre which has takeaways. Kinda average stage. But cheapest around”
