“This is such a cute property! Great value for the price and the location is very convenient. There is a ferry you can board for free right next to the bunkhouse to go across the loch and have dinner. Such a fun experience! The owner was also very friendly and welcoming. ”

“The problem during our stay is the noise coming from the water tap of the shower, every time you turn on the water will have a very high pitch loud sound, not only from our bath room but also from the room next to you. The sound proof between rooms are also bad, you can easily hear people speaking in their room next to you.”

“The Lovat at Loch Ness is a charming and stylish lakeside hotel. The property has two lovely lounges, even a grand piano, and is equipped with an elevator — a thoughtful touch. Our room was spacious, bright, and very comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight: besides the classic Highland Breakfast, we tried the Kedgeree (smoked haddock with curried rice and poached egg), which was absolutely delicious and a wonderful Scottish surprise. “Fantastic welcome from reception staff who were very friendly. Managed to find a space in the small car park at the back which was a . As I walked up the stairs, I was slightly worried as the carpets are extremely worn and tatty - coming away from the walls in places. However, upon entering my room, I was relieved to find it beautifully decorated and clean. The bathroom looked new and the shower was very powerful. I will note that the shampoo holder was broken, though. Having breakfast included……
