“I had a lovely stay at the Mull Hotel and Spa. The hotel and food were lovely. The staff were on another level amazing. They were friendly, helpful, attentive and so hardworking. They made the whole stay so special with such an amazing level of customer service. I'd like to especially mention the Head Receptionist, Holly. She was so.helpcul and friendly. “This used to be a hunting lodge so it looks exactly like a lodge, with lots of wood. It is by the loch with a magnificent view from the restaurant terrace. Unfortunately no lift to go upstairs so it was a bit difficult for my wife. The restaurant food was good but seemed pre-prepared so they can’t adjust the dishes. Breakfast was a buffet with good choice and good ingredients. The bedroom was quiet, comfortable with a great shower. We also appreciated the complimentary tea in the……
