“We enjoyed how quiet the property was. We experienced a couple of issues with A/C and hot water but someone came to fix right away. Very respectful people. So glad we took pictures of the scooter we rented as the “company” they rented from wanted to charge us for damage that was already done!”

“Bra locations med restauranger och massager i närheten, speciellt då ön i sig är väldigt väldigt lugn och inte finns mycket att välja på. Rummen var fräscha men ACn la av flera gånger. Frukosten var basic.”

“Virkelig et fint hotel, hvor du får good value for money. De er flinke til at hjælpe med transport til færgen, når man er ankommet, og dejlig nemt at leje en scooter. Fin morgenmad, der både har thailandsk og europæiske rødder, og kaffe på kaffemaskine. God udsigt. Vær obs på, at Deluxe Hill top værelset kræver, at man går op af en bakke i et stykke, så værelset ligger ikke lige ved hotellet. Der er dog 1 pool ved selve hotellet, og en oppe ved deluxe hill top hytterne. Der kan være en del larm……

“Blue Bay seemed like a lovely place to stay but they overbooked their hotel. We planned on staying with them for 4 nights including New Years. We reserved 3 rooms that opened up the pool. We wanted an extra special New Years as a family so we spent more than we usually do. When we arrived they told me I had booked a different hotel. When I showed them my reservation they then said that they had overbooked their hotel and were sending us down the street to a different location. At the other……

“Overall the staffs are helpful and nice. But they will enter into your villa after ringing the bell for 1-2 seconds without waiting your respone.”
