“Staff didn't welcome me when I came in and I was the only one customer present. I waited around 5 mins to let him finished his stuff, then just gave me the room card, I had to ask "which floor and where's the elevator?". The room door was VERY noisy, especially in the very early morning. Couldn't sleep well because of the noise. The room was clean and new, but breakfast just okay. I booked 4 hotels from Expedia, this is the only one couldn't issue the receipt for me. Asked me to request……

“Everything was really good. If I had to improve something would be service a little bit. While the girl at the front desk at night was exceptionally good above expectation, the one in the morning was not very personal and seemed to be always distracted being on her phone the three times I went up to her”
