“This property is just what the vacation Dr ordered. The house was clean, organized, and fully equipped. My kids enjoyed most of their time in the water with all the accessible water crafts. The property does have a longer, steepish water all to the water, but it never hindered our fun.Thank you, Jeff!”

“Moreno's Cottages are a pleasant series of little cabins between Lake Placid and Saranac Lake. My brother and I stayed in #7. There were two twin beds, a nook and a small, separate kitchen area. It was rustic, but modern enough to feel like you had a place to relax after a hike. We did have some problems getting in, but Todd was super accommodating and had backup codes for us to use. “Great spot for me and my aging lacrosse equipment. Close to everything from attractions.lakes, restaurants. Nice and quiet. ”

“The pictures do not do the property justice. Lots of room in both cabins. With dining and kitchen areas in both, had coffee maker and Keurig's in both buildings as well. And more important than the Lake being close, the ice cream shop is closer!! Also, a nice souvenir shop, restaurant and landmark Donut Shop are within walking distance as well. We look forward to staying here again, but are hoping this review doesn't cause it to be booked when we plan our next trip.”

“The property was well maintained, clean and comfortable.Would recommend framing the instructions on how to use the tub faucets so all guests have in sight for reference in case guest doesn't make a print out prior to their stay.”

“We enjoyed the stay, everything we needed was there. The ad for the property said within a 2min walk for the lake and the photos looked as though we would just walk out and the lake would be there however the lake was a short drive maybe 4min. For all those seniors who may have a handicap you can't walk to the lake. The only other finding was alot of dog hair from a long haired dog on the floor and behind the couch, also some candy wrappers behind the couch from prior guests. ”
