“What an amazing experience! This glamping site is not like other campsites; it is a breath of fresh air! The ladies that run this place work hard to make sure that you have an amazing experience! Yet there is no internet (not a bad thing) and no playground, my 8year old loved the Lodge and all the board games. But think the best part for her was feeding the chickens and collecting eggs. “Beautiful home ! Very spacious with all the amenities you need. Large deck with plenty of seating where we enjoyed morning coffee and sunshine. Family room was spacious with TV and was perfect for watching a movie.Fire pit with chairs was great to sit around and night . Host was quick to respond and accommodating and provides all bedding and towels which makes packing for your stay 100% easier . Would recommend this home to all our friends and family. Loved It! ”

“The stay was the best to date by far. I’ve been coming to old forge for years and always looking for a great place to stay. I need to look no more. Matt was awesome at responding to everything. The attention to detail in the house was perfect. From fresh towels to the coffee and different flavor creamers and even the small things like having hooks outside near the hot tub to hang towels. The house was also spotless. Clean from top to bottom. This will be my new spot for the future. Perfect! ”

“We arrived to the boat house, we were just thrilled. It is super clean and well set up. We had a fire in the fire pit every night. In the morning we watched the Geese come flying in, a few ducks and 3 Loons. We used the kayaks, canoe and corn hole set. The water is clean. We went to the Wild Center which is very close by as well. We used the nice grill to make our dinners at night. Highly recommend.”
