“We all had a wonderful time, plenty of things to do yo stay entertained in a beautiful setting!”

“This was such a a lovely property!!! We booked it for the hot tub, but loved the wraparound back porch even more! The views were stunning and the BBQ was put to good use. My two dogs were right at home and loved all the space to run around. 10 minutes from a really nice, cute beach and main shopping stores, the town had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone, with a warning about the high summer heat and possible wildfire smoke from Canada. The AC was a lifesaver. ”

“Great property for our family reunion! Loved the beautiful setting on the river with so many activities for all the family! The house was set up so well for cooking meals and eating in several areas both inside and out! Loved the deck overlooking the river!! A favorite spot for all!Nice location to walk into town or paddle to the park & beach!Truly appreciated the host having space for RV to park and a few tents for the children.We’re already talking about the next time we come back! You can swim right out front, but if you're looking for a bit more sandy beach, there are 2 great parks nearby, one within walking or paddle boarding distance. House was well stocked and AC kept the house nice and cool.”

“The cottage was lovely, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property and the entire resort are "dog friendly," which is the primary reason we chose the Firerock cottage. We enjoyed a number of local hikes that were recommended by the property manager and spent a long day in Canada. Very peaceful.”

The house is clean and well stocked, the area is very pet friendly, and the pool and beach areas are both really nice. We absolutely loved the covered veranda. Anyone bringing a boat should know you can't park your boat trailer on site and will likely have to pay to store it, and you will also have to pay for a boat slip.
