The house had an eerie, somewhat neglected feel to it. There were bugs inside, a noticeable odor, and it didn’t seem ready for guests—very bare with no Wi-Fi. “We enjoyed it, but some constructive criticism. * The door keypad code should be shortened. A 10-digit code is ridiculous. I believe 4 or 5 is adequate and would eliminate much frustration. *We rented after reading an April review noting the primary shower was terrible. The plumbing fixtures are old and not functional. The owner replied that the problem would be fixed. Well, it was not, and my we had to endure a trickle shower. I used the guest bath, but my wife likes the privacy of her bath.……

“Incredible stay at Lopez Island. The cabin and property were amazing. It’s better than the pictures and the house is right on the water overlooking the beach. Diane was a gracious host and made sure to check in to see if we needed anything. We had a great time exploring the beach and surrounding areas. The views are amazing and much of our time was spent simply enjoying looking out into the sound. There is wildlife everywhere. Small Island sits just off the shore and is frequented by a large……
