“We stayed for a couple of days and loved the experience! Allison and Hugh are one of the best hosts we´ve ever met. They are kind, welcoming and always available to help with anything you need. The breakfast they prepare is outstanding, everything homemade and delicious.

“The room had a great view of the golf course and beach. The hotel was quiet and easy to get in and out. We lucked out with street parking but if busier that could be tricky. We didnt have any issues with the hotel or room. Staff were helpful. ”

“This stay was an emergency booking due to the disaster that was the eight acres hotel in Elgin which is a dump.
The wonderful folk of The Millhouse not only found us a room but bent over backwards to help us. Special mention to the wonderful Janette who was wonderful.
Ask for room 2 as it has a great double jacuzzi!”
