“This was a great place for my 12 guest to stay the night at for our Adventureland wedding party celebration ”

“The house was uniquely decorated. We all loved the attention to detail.We took advantage of the pool and hot tub and fire pit. There were lots of it's spaces where we could gather to play cards. I also appreciated so many bathrooms throughout the home.Check in was very easy and the location was close to many restaurants.I also appreciated having fans. I like sleeping with a fan and I always appreciate when a rental provides them.”

“This was our first trip to Iowa and it didn’t disappoint. The rental unit was in the perfect location for walking to multiple attractions such as the state capital and the botanical gardens as well as downtown. The unit was well appointed with amenities, and we felt very safe in the area and throughout our travels across the city. I would definitely recommend a trip to Des Moines with a stay in this rental property. It was perfect for us. ”

“Worked out great to have our family all together rather than multiple hotel rooms. Plenty of stretching out room. Kitchen was great for cooking and baking. Scott was very responsive to my many questions about what kitchen items were there. Well stocked kitchen. If he didn’t have an item, he was very accommodating to get what I needed. Circle drive was great to reduce cars on the street. Great deck but too hot to enjoy! Will definitely use this location again! ”
