“Check in was easy. Max met us and showed us where everything was at. Max and Anne even met us at departure to wish us safe travels. I’ve stayed at many places and this place offers the most amount of amenities, from cleaning supplies to coffee to odd and end things like sunburn care. Plenty of towels and extra bedding. It is located on the back side of their home, but my privacy was maintained. The landscape around the pool and home offer plenty of privacy. Replies to my messages were quick. ……

“The listing indicated the rental was a house. However it is almost a studio apartment attached to a house.The space itself was clean and convenient for my overnight stay. Future renters should be aware there are dogs on the property that are quite vocal and the refrigerator is dorm sized but cold.”

“This was by far a most excellent place to spend two wonderful days/nights at! Peaceful and quiet and beautiful views of the horses and surrounding landscape! All the little special touches were awesome! Day one we went zip lining and day two horseback riding nearby. Just wonderful to come back to such a tranquil and serene place to wind down the day and just plain relax! The farm stand was so cute and thoughtful. Out last night sitting by the fire we saw an amazing double rainbow complete……

“We loved our weekend getaway at this tranquil, quiet cabin located on a horse farm. It was perfect for us. Lots more space for families with more people too! We will be back ❤️”

“This is a great location right by the springs. You can walk if you want. Great friendly diner on the same block. And being Florida, it’s great that they have indoor games if the kids get bored. Huge fenced yard if you need it fire pit and other outside activities. A lot packed into this home. We really enjoyed our stay!”

“We stayed during an evacuation from hurricane Milton. It was a little hard to find due to our GPS issue but we were able to navigate on our own. Our first impression was the tranquility of the property. The cottage was very clean & our host had turned on the a/c so it was very comfortable. “The cabin was perfect and exactly what we needed. The lake was everything we hoped for. We kayaked, fished, swam and reconnected. The water is clear. The WiFi works well within the cabin and porch area. Make sure to map your way out before leaving. There is a store about three miles away just in case you forgot anything . The host was kind and helpful. Can’t say enough good things about Ed and Wanda. I definitely recommend this place for a quiet getaway as a couple or a family. ”

“Our stay at this precious cottage was exactly what we needed after traveling and festivities at college graduation. The decor was obviously carefully curated by the owners with impeccable antiques as well as one of a kind crafted pieces. We were all extremely comfortable in the large beds with fresh clean linens, the adorable bathroom and full kitchen.
