“This is a spectacular location and property in Summerland. The house has plenty of room and a nicely appointed kitchen for meals. The outside space is generous and comfortable. Rick and Debby were kind, gracious, and helpful. We hope to be back in the future for another stay!”

“No room ready for us, delayed check in for 3 hours w/o notice. No extra sleepers provided after requested. Nice landscape and decoration, nice ocean front view and beach. People and Service is warm nice but not efficient. Very beautiful new hotel. Will visit if win . Toilet paper too thin . No place to put cellphone in toilet room. No outlets for water hot pot . ”
