“This house has a great location, walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops and just a few minutes from the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the house had everything you need for stay. We happened to stay during a heat wave and found that it took quite awhile for the PLUG- IN AC to cool place off. The owner also requested us to turn this off while we were not in the home, texting us about it during our stay to remind us. This was a little frustrating as we booked this home……

“I actually did not stay here because the Host cancelled our reservation the day before we were supposed to check in. More specifically, she tried to push me to cancel the reservations so I'd have to eat the charges: this seems like fraud to me. She gave conflicting reasons for the cancellation, I assume at least one reason was a lie. This Host is not trustworthy. Also I am disappointed in VRBO for failing to properly vet the properties on its platform. I'm done with short-term rentals! Too hard……

“We really loved our time here. The house was bright, clean and modern, with plenty of space. Our hosts couldn't have been nicer or more welcoming. This house is part of a larger property, but the main house is well screened from the VRBO. Mark and Cyndi were very friendly, but always took care to respect our privacy. This property is in a rural setting, so it is a short drive to shopping/infrastructure. We especially liked the nearby beach walks and the proximity to "More Mesa", which……

“The casita behind the main house is lovely! Very private and beautifully decorated with everything you need for an amazing stay. The location is just a few blocks off State Street so everything is walkable to the restaurants, shops and stores. There is also a little grocery store only 1 block away if you need to pick up some drinks and snacks. Would definitely stay again!”
