The location is excellent providing a beautiful and peaceful retreat while also being conveniently located for enjoying mountain trails, beaches, and other attractions.”

“The place is wonderful! Two of us best friends had a get away for Easter week and it was so relaxing. Tom and Eileen left a plate of fresh-baked goodies and a chilled bottle of wine for us, then a few days later a cute carton of fresh-laid eggs. We felt so pampered! The weather was constantly shifting, but we found the property allowed for everything. We really liked the bird-feeder, and sweeping views. Pool and spa were lovely. So easy, and the hosts seemed very amenable. Will visit again!”

“The title pretty sums it up. It is a great property and we had a fun time and enjoyed our stay. Only negatives were that the bed is not very comfortable, and also the sound proofing is not very good so unless you have a fan on or something you'll be able to hear traffic and trains throughout the night. ”

“I was impressed that Jennifer’s Room was in a lovely upscale neighborhood. Upon arrival I walked my dog and was welcomed by 3 neighbors. I felt so safe and comfortable in Jennifer’s Room. It was a perfect place for me and my dog, Grace O’Malley. ”

“Awesome place and the location can’t be beat”

“This house has a great location, walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops and just a few minutes from the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the house had everything you need for stay. We happened to stay during a heat wave and found that it took quite awhile for the PLUG- IN AC to cool place off. The owner also requested us to turn this off while we were not in the home, texting us about it during our stay to remind us. This was a little frustrating as we booked this home……

“Beautiful home, great location. Kitchen well stocked with appliances, utensils etc. made cooking a breeze. Bathrooms and bedrooms were well appointed with quality bedding and towels. Walkable to beach as well as restaurants cafe and drugstore. The hot tub and cold plunge were a hit. As well as tvs. Indoor and outdoor tvs allowed fans to keep up with sports while being together. Ping pong and other games were attractive but never got to them The weather was just too beautiful and we enjoyed……

“We stayed here for Presiden't day weekend and it was really great - you can not beat the location, right on the beach and close to downtown Montecito. You can also walk to the Rosewood, which is just gorgeous. We got a day pass for the pool one day and walked down from the bungalow. The only critique I would have is get rid of the 1-ply toilet paper! For a place this nice (and expensive) I would appreciate a nicer toilet paper experience ;) We will definitely come back!”
