“The good: Ambiance is quiet and peaceful. Staff were all nice and helpful. Rooms are antique looking but clean. Restaurant food was delicious. They served a descent continental breakfast with fruit, toast, cold cereal, desserts, yogurt, juice and. Coffee. The kids enjoyed the pool everyday. The water was warm. “ I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately, my experience was not entirely positive. The hotel is located too close to the highway, and the windows do not provide adequate soundproofing. As a result, the noise from the traffic was extremely disruptive, making it difficult to sleep or relax. I hope the hotel can improve the sound insulation of the windows to ensure a more comfortable stay for future guests. Thank you.”

“This is a spectacular location and property in Summerland. The house has plenty of room and a nicely appointed kitchen for meals. The outside space is generous and comfortable. Rick and Debby were kind, gracious, and helpful. We hope to be back in the future for another stay!”

“We loved D’Arcy’s place in Summerland. We were attending an event in Santa Barbara and the location was perfect. Easy access to SB. We had a great time walking down the street to the Summerland Cafe, Rusty’s Pizza and Lookout Park. My family of 4 fit just right in the apartment. D’Arcy left many great snacks and sent us a few messages with helpful information. We would definitely recommend her place to others. ”

“Comfy and cute. Appreciated the snacks and water and fresh cut flowers. Extra blankets, pillows, and towels easy to find. Good communication with Fatima. I will echo what others have said about the shower as I was glad someone had previously reviewed and mentioned it so I could make my own decision- it is about 18-24 inches down without a safe way to step in and a large picture window which is uncovered.
