“My dad and I attended my cousin's wedding. The location of the home was great. The only issues I had but did not affect our stay was that the door lock did not work when we were leaving and parking was a small issue. My dad can't walk that far and if parking wasn't available outside the front gate we had to work around that issue. But most of the time parking was available. Communication with the owner was great and the owner was responsive. We enjoyed our stay. ”

“We were getting our house tented and needed somewhere local to stay. This place was perfect. Fabulous condo with immaculate furnishing and appliances. Easy walk to the beach or zoo. The management was professional, prompt, and courteous. I would definitely recommend staying here. ”

Outdoor back yard was ideal for yoga and eating and relaxing in the chaise. Thank you so very much! And the property managers were great with communication!”

“The view was the star of the show for this house! We sat transfixed for most of our stay at the wide expanse of ocean, passing dolphins and beautiful sunsets. The home itself is a bit dated but it’s clean and the beds are comfy. Be aware the driveway is not concrete as shown in the photos. It was very muddy and under construction and our vehicles got extremely dirty from driving/parking there. ”

“Gregory happily greeted us upon arrival. What a happy and joyful man! The room was neat, clean and the bed comfortable. A nice bottle of wine and a chocolate bar was a lovely touch from our host. We sad outside in our little patio area to enjoy the magnificent view of the city and coastline views and enjoyed our wine. We were in town for a family wedding! “Wonderful accommodations overlooking Miramar Beach. We wished we could stay indefinitely! 10-minute walk to shops & dining on Coast Village Road, and 5-minute walk to Rosewood Miramar. We can’t wait to return!”

“Lovely well appointed studio. The owners have optimized the space through tasteful furnishings, kitchen supplies and decor. My husband and I were quite comfortable and able to easily prepare simple meals (mostly lunches). The balcony is quite lovely to sit outside. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful.”
