“We had a very nice time and loved the place and the location! The only slightly less positive issues that we came across were the parking-someone parked in our spot for hours and we couldn’t find an available spot, and the coffee maker was broken. Otherwise, we had a wonderful experience!”

“Our stay at the Summerland Guest Studio was perfect. We were there to drop off our daughter at UCSB, and used it as a relaxing home base in between moving her in and shopping for supplies. We walked to breakfast and then down to the gorgeous beach one morning. The neighborhood is quiet and the beds are clean and comfortable! All in all, a great stay!”
