“Hotel is worn out, AC is one of super noisy one. USA has a lot to learn from Japanese silent air conditioning design. Cleaning is okay, location is good. No free car park but they have agreement with the garage next to, like half price.”

“Everything is great. Pool was clean and warm. Very responsive maintenance. The bathroom sink plunger was stuck in the down position and they were there quickly. The warm was small just as described but there was plenty of space for 2 people. You aren’t in the room much anyway. The bikes were a nice bonus everything was in biking or walking distance. We just Ubered to and from the airport ”

“The property is in a really nice location. Close to everything. It was very clean and well stocked. The only issue I had was the air conditioning. It was very warm in the property when we arrived and the ac units struggled to cool things off. They are window style units and ran the whole time we were there. Even so, I would not hesitate to rent this unit again ”

“A great place to stay! Very close to Duval street so it was very walkable. Pool was fantastic to have and very convenient to have free use of washer and dryers.”

“Great VRBO! Perfect amount of space for 4 of us with our own en suite bathrooms. It’s in a great location right across from a bike rental on Duval. Quick bike ride to either side of the island, convenient to everything. Hosts were super quick to respond and extremely accommodating to our arrival and departure time. Will stay here again! ”
