“We had the best time staying at Ken's property! The property and studio were extremely clean, just what we were looking for. Ken was warm and welcoming, very responsive. Ken even provided a list of recommendations that were top notch. The location to Duval Street and the rest of KW along with the bikes made everything so easy! It was perfect to bike around and then come back to the property and jump in the pool! Highly recommend this property or any of Ken's properties! We will be back! Thank……

“Easy street and property parking first come first serve. We never had a problem. Pool was refreshing after a day at the beach. Room was excellent bed very comfortable. Kitchenette did the job! The ice machine and filtered water machine was a huge plus! Not having to buy water is fab in a place like Key West! And all the ice you could possibly need. The location is fantastic not far from Duval street! I will be staying at this location again!”
