“Upon arrival, we encountered a backed-up kitchen sink that led to an unpleasant odor and not so pleasant site. Nonetheless, our overall stay was pleasant. Despite an unsuccessful attempt to contact the host, we later received a call from her, which was appreciated. We recommend that the host be more attentive to guests in the future. Nonetheless, the stay and the area were enjoyable.”

“This home was absolutely amazing and beautifully designed inside. On top of that, we were greeted with a lovely surprise. When I was originally deciding between this house and another, I almost chose the other one because it had a sectional couch, which I thought would be better for hosting. To my delight, the moment I walked into this home, I saw a beautiful blue sectional couch—not the same one listed in the picture. I was so excited! “Very lovely space in a great neighborhood, we were only there for a short trip, but would gladly go back again.”

“The property was nice but we had problems with the entry codes and had to resort to using the door keys located in the lock box which we then had to get the code to use. The property did have a minor bug issue that needs to be resolved. The property was in a nice, older neighborhood and not within easy walking distance of dining options. However, it was close to the family we were visiting so the over-all location was good.”

“We absolutely enjoyed staying at this beautiful 2-bedroom property in Charlotte. It’s on a quiet, tree lined street close to so much. The apartment features gorgeous art, classy furnishings, comfortable beds, a toasty gas fireplace, a pretty, well appointed kitchen - and was tastefully decorated all around. A real home away from home where we stayed while helping our son get settled in his first apartment after college which is a short distance from this rental. And the winter time view of the……

“The rental management software the use isn’t intuitive. You pay through Expedia. Then you get an email to put you cc in again for fees “like a hotel” and upload a picture of your id. Still not sure how to check in by this point. Then you get another email that has instructions not specific to this location and you keypad code is just thrown in the email in the sentence after they wrong instructions. It’s just a number floating in the email. Your parents will not figure this out. Also no hand……

“Terrible. Construction was going on starting early in the morning and going on all day. We left early because of how uncomfortable we were. Asked for a partial refund and were ignored. Was recouping from cancer treatment andthe constant loud noise made it very difficult. We were not told ahead of time the whole complex was under construction.The building was cold and not very clean. Would definitely not recommend staying at this complex.”
