“This was a great place for us to stay in the Charlotte area and was a good value. It was clean enough ... though we did need to clean sticky areas off the floor, and wash a glass from the cabinet with greasy fingerprints and food residue on it. I usually wash dishes before I use them in VRBOs anyway, but it was gross. The bed was clean and comfortable and it was great being able to set the thermostat to our liking. “I really enjoyed the views of my stay and the location is perfect for everything in the Charlotte area. The apartment was very clean, the owner was very responsive & it felt very comfortable.
