“We visited Charlotte from Virginia for the first time and booked this apartment for our weekend getaway. It was spotlessly clean and cozy, making it an ideal place for my wife and me to relax. The beautifully decorated interior evoked a nostalgic old-school vibe. The host was incredibly professional and responsive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. If we ever return to Charlotte, we would definitely book again with this host. ”

“My friend and I stayed one night at “Sunny Daze” as we were in the area visiting The Depot at Gibson Mill on an antique hunt. The space was small, cute, and quaint! Perfect for our one night stay! We really liked that the main entry was a coded lock as well as the room coded lock which made us feel nice and safe. The area had a great pizza pub that was in walking distance that we really enjoyed. We Would definitely stay again if traveling in the area ! ”

“My family of four enjoyed this property very much. It was well appointed, comfortable and is located centrally to all the great shops and restaurants in the area. We will be coming back! “In the area to attend a concert at PNC Music Festival. This property is less than 5 miles from the venue. Brandon, our host, was very pleasant and quick to respond to any inquiries. This beautiful second floor condo is in a very nice, well-maintained community. Two nice sized bedrooms, two baths, washer dryer, large island in the kitchen. But the highlight for us was the lovely patio complete with privacy curtains. We spent more time out there than in the living room, although the massive TV was……

“In CLT for the week for work and used as a homebase. The Condo was clean, and nice; kitchen was sufficiently stocked with dishware. Condo was near all of our appointments, good location. Grocery and restaurants were also convenient and nearby. I would stay again. ”
