I spoke to the property manager about this & they apologized for the inconvenience and confirmed they would remove this from their listing wording to avoid confusion in the future. “This is a beautiful new home with private dock perfect for a family of 4. We enjoyed the game room and eating on the patio with views of the inlet and the beach. The only drawback is the construction on the homes surrounding the property. The owner was very responsive to all contact. ”
